شروط الاستخدام

تمنحك تَسوية ترخيصًا محدودًا، غير حصري، غير قابل للتحويل، لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، وذلك وفقًا لشروط Apple Media Services وقواعد استخدام App Store.

قد يوفر التطبيق اشتراكات قابلة للتجديد التلقائي ومشتريات لمرة واحدة. يتم عرض اسم الخطة، مدتها، السعر، العملة، وبيانات الشراء المطلوبة داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام الشراء. تتم المدفوعات والتجديدات من خلال Apple باستخدام حساب Apple ID الخاص بك. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراكات أو إلغاؤها من إعدادات حساب Apple.

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، أو نسخه، أو تعديله، أو محاولة عكس هندسته، أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو تعطيل عمله، أو استخدامه بطريقة تخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها أو حقوق الآخرين.

أنت مسؤول عن المعلومات والبيانات والمحتوى الذي تدخله أو تحفظه داخل التطبيق. يتم توضيح كيفية جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها في سياسة الخصوصية.

يتم توفير التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفره"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، إلا بالقدر الذي يفرضه القانون المعمول به. إذا لم يتوافق التطبيق مع أي ضمان قانوني واجب التطبيق، يمكنك إخطار Apple، وقد تقوم Apple برد سعر الشراء عند الاقتضاء. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Apple أي التزام ضمان آخر بخصوص التطبيق.

تكون تَسوية، وليس Apple، مسؤولة عن التعامل مع أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق أو استخدامك له، بما في ذلك مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج، المطالبات التنظيمية، مطالبات حماية المستهلك، أو أي مطالبة بأن التطبيق لا يتوافق مع متطلبات قانونية واجبة التطبيق.

إذا ادعى طرف ثالث أن التطبيق أو استخدامك له ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، تكون تَسوية، وليس Apple، مسؤولة عن التحقيق في تلك المطالبة والدفاع عنها وتسويتها وإنهائها.

تكون تَسوية مسؤولة عن توفير الصيانة والدعم للتطبيق كما هو موضح في هذه الاتفاقية أو كما يقتضيه القانون المعمول به. لا تتحمل Apple أي التزام بتوفير خدمات صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.

تقر بأنك لست موجودًا في دولة أو منطقة خاضعة لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة، أو مصنفة من حكومة الولايات المتحدة كدولة داعمة للإرهاب، وأنك غير مدرج في أي قائمة حكومية أمريكية للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيدة.

تقر وتوافق على أن Apple والشركات التابعة لها تعتبر أطرافًا ثالثة مستفيدة من هذه الاتفاقية. وبمجرد قبولك لهذه الاتفاقية، يكون لـ Apple الحق في تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية ضدك بصفتها طرفًا ثالثًا مستفيدًا.

Taswiya grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store Usage Rules.

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. Plan name, duration, price, currency, and required purchase details are shown in the App before purchase. Payments and renewals are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

You agree not to misuse the App, copy or modify it, reverse engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the information, data, and content you enter or store in the App. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except where required by applicable law. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.

Taswiya, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your use of the App, including product liability claims, regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal requirements.

If a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Taswiya, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

Taswiya is responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App as described in this agreement or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
